Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Area of Concentration: Computer Science or Project Management related
- Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of information systems and technical proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Internet-based applications
- Demonstrated planning abilities and experience leading teams in a multi-project environment
- Proven skills in leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, risk analysis, and project management methodologies
- Strong team-building capabilities and ability to foster collaboration across diverse groups
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to user satisfaction
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage users at all levels to understand and resolve issues while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, including experience using project management tools and techniques
- In-depth understanding of how computing technologies support administrative and academic systems
- Working knowledge of network technologies and their relevance to shared systems architecture
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or other recognized project management certifications preferred
