Business Analyst 2

LanceSoft, Inc. is a company focused on providing staffing solutions, and they are seeking a Business Analyst to support the Compliance and Quality Control Division’s Solicitation Review System’s re-write project. This role involves analyzing complex technical and business processes, identifying efficiencies, and coordinating the gathering and documentation of requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform business analysis work to support the Compliance and Quality Control Division’s Solicitation Review System’s re-write project
• Partner with business owners throughout product planning, requirements definition, and delivery cycles
• Analyze complex technical and business processes
• Identify efficiencies and prioritize needs
• Coordinate the gathering, development, documentation, and verification (testing) of requirements
• Work under limited supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment
• Create clear, complete, and actionable requirements documentation
• Build consensus across multiple teams
• Ensure accuracy in documenting system functionality and regulatory requirements
• Identify compliance gaps and propose feasible solutions
• Adapt effectively to evolving regulations and system complexities
• Build trust and maintain relationships across technical and business teams
• Deliver comprehensive documentation packages
• Conduct gap analysis and recommendation reports
• Provide implementation support and collaboration deliverables
• Create testing assets and validation deliverables
• Submit weekly status reporting packages

Requirements:

• 7 years of business analysis experience, including requirements elicitation and documentation, gap analysis, and testing
• 7 years of Microsoft Excel experience
• 5 years of PowerBI experience
• 5 years of PowerAutomate experience
• 1 year of Jotform experience
