PriceSenz is seeking a Business Analyst 2 to support the re-design and migration of a Solicitation Review System. The role involves leading requirements elicitation, documentation, gap analysis, and testing support while collaborating with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and document requirements for the current and future Solicitation Review System, including workflows, data, notifications, and reporting
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate requirements‑gathering sessions (interviews, workshops, etc.) with business stakeholders
- Perform current‑state vs. future‑state gap analysis across workflows, data models, and BI reporting; identify process pain points and missing capabilities
- Produce and maintain requirements artifacts: process maps, field inventories, user roles/permissions, notification catalogs, functional specifications, traceability matrix, reporting requirements, and user documentation
- Collaborate daily with the Senior Systems Advisor to clarify requirements, support solution design, and validate implemented functionality against requirements
- Support creation of test strategy, test cases/scripts, and validation of workflows, forms, emails, PDFs, data exports, and BI logic, including integration of legacy and new data
- Maintain a requirements change log, meeting summaries, and weekly status reports on progress, issues, and risks
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of technical business analysis experience in applications/software development environments, including requirements elicitation, documentation, gap analysis, and testing
- At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst working with tools such as Excel and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau or similar)
- Hands‑on experience with business process mapping and re‑engineering, including current‑state and future‑state analysis
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, requirements analysis and validation practices, and industry‑standard BA techniques (e.g., BABOK‑aligned)
- Proven ability to define functional and non‑functional requirements, specifications, and other BA deliverables
- Experience translating policy and regulatory requirements into clear, testable system requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience working with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI or equivalent)
- Experience working on systems that use workflow automation and online forms, with exposure to platforms like Power Automate and Jotform or similar tools
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder facilitation, consensus building, communication (verbal, written, presentation), and issue/risk identification
- Prior experience on similar workflow‑to‑Jotform or low‑code migration projects
- Experience with dashboard and reporting requirement design, including KPIs, filters, and data alignment between legacy and new sources
- Prior government/public sector project experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, exercise independent judgment, and manage multiple priorities within fixed timelines
