IntegrityFirst is a startup HR and Recruiting SaaS business dedicated to helping companies improve their hiring processes. The Business Development Representative is responsible for connecting with inbound leads, conducting discovery calls, and managing client relationships to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with companies who are feeling the pain of misfiring on their selection of candidates
- Conduct discovery calls with highly qualified inbound leads
- Present solutions to clients' hiring challenges
- Maintain relationships with clients and existing customers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Increase client revenue by 25% YOY
- Maintain an inbound lead closing percentage of 20% or higher for all SQLs
- Learn the business and take over account management responsibilities within 6 months on the job
- Spend 20% of their time doing outbound calls to old leads or cold leads in targeted industries such as Service business and other B2B Service businesses
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the business
- Develop into a Sales Management role within 12-24 months by demonstrating advanced sales performance and understanding of complex service offerings
- Conduct 10-15 client account management meetings per week
- Manage a pipeline of 100-120 qualified leads driving them to a buying decision
- Spend 8 hours per week doing outbound calls to cold leads and old inbound leads
Requirements:
- Experience in HR and understanding the challenges recruiters and hiring managers face in finding and selecting candidates
- Experience as a Recruiter and understanding how hiring tools can assist Recruiters, Human Resource Professionals, and Executives in hiring top performers faster
- Experience as a leader in an organization focused on talent acquisition as a key driver for business growth
- Desire to help and educate business leaders globally to improve their hiring practices
