Starface is a skincare brand that transforms the experience of having acne into something joyful and expressive. They are seeking a Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing to lead their creator ecosystem, defining strategy and execution while building relationships with creators to drive brand relevance and business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the creator strategy: Define and lead the influencer marketing roadmap across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, ensuring alignment with brand and growth goals
- Build and scale a best-in-class creator ecosystem: Identify, recruit, and develop a diverse, culturally relevant network of creators, building long-term partnerships that drive consistent, high-quality output and brand advocacy
- Lead creative direction and briefing for creators: Develop insight-driven, platform-native briefs that translate brand strategy into compelling, authentic storytelling
- Own end-to-end program execution: Lead campaign execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, including planning, contracting, onboarding (CreatorIQ), approvals, timelines, and delivery
- Act as the central driver of cross-functional integration: Partner closely with Growth, Creative, Social, PR, Retail, and Product teams to ensure influencer is embedded across all major campaigns and launches
- Own performance and optimization: Define and track KPIs including creator onboarding, organic views, EMV, and content volume; analyze performance and continuously optimize strategy and investment
- Deliver reporting and insights: Translate creator performance into clear, actionable insights that connect to business outcomes and inform broader marketing decisions
- Stay ahead of trends and culture: Maintain a strong point of view on platform evolution, creator trends, and cultural moments to keep Starface innovative and relevant
- Own and scale the influencer function: Build and refine systems, processes, and infrastructure to support program growth, while managing external partners and tools
- Lead and develop the team: Manage, develop, and mentor 1-2 direct report(s), fostering growth while building a high-performing, scalable function
Requirements:
- 6–8+ years of experience in influencer, creator, or partnership marketing, ideally within CPG, beauty, or lifestyle brands
- Owned and scaled influencer programs with both creative and performance accountability
- Strategic thinker who can translate brand and business goals into effective creator programs
- Strong track record of developing briefs that lead to high-performing, culturally relevant content
- Highly organized and can manage complex programs across multiple workstreams and timelines
- Data-driven and comfortable using performance metrics to guide decisions and optimization
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder with creators, agents, and agencies
- Deep platform fluency and understand how content evolves across formats and audiences
- Experience with influencer platforms such as CreatorIQ, Aspire, Grin, LTK, Impact, or similar
- Experience managing or mentoring team members and building scalable processes
- Scrappy, proactive, and solution-oriented
