They are seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives, responsible for driving new business and developing high-performing sales talent while ensuring regional performance and pipeline management.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a key voice in scaling the business, thinking like an owner to identify market opportunities and improve results
- Maintain a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning
- Assume full responsibility for regional performance, including pipeline health and accurate forecasting based on deal reality
- Proven ability to coach sales representatives from good to great
- Expertise in simplifying the complexities of enterprise sales for the team
- Demonstrated coachability and a focus on building a successful, scalable business
- Month 1: Immerse in product, culture, and MEDDPICC while evaluating team strengths and pipelines
- Month 2: Identify talent gaps and provide real-time coaching during discovery calls
- Month 3: Deliver a territory growth plan and guide the team through a major enterprise win
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of sales experience
- OR 8+ years of sales experience
- Ability to travel greater than 50% of the time
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of Enterprise Sales Leadership experience
- Experience managing teams selling SaaS into large, complex organization
- Proven track record of recruiting and leading top-tier sales talent
