Kake is a remote-first company that provides top-tier engineering teams to support innovative companies. They are seeking a Growth Marketer to own B2B growth and lead generation, focusing on generating qualified partner leads and optimizing the marketing funnel.
Responsibilities:
- Build and operate a repeatable pipeline of high-quality B2B partner leads
- Own end-to-end marketing execution, including experimentation, optimization, and performance tracking
- Drive inbound growth through LLM-aware SEO, content, and high-intent demand capture
- Generate qualified pipeline for the sales team and contribute directly to revenue impact
- Design and execute multi-channel lead-generation initiatives focused on quality and conversion
- Build and maintain scalable SEO and content systems aligned with AI-first search behavior
- Develop and leverage case studies and proof-driven assets to support conversion
- Run experiments, analyze performance, and iterate quickly based on data
- Improve funnel performance across acquisition, conversion, and attribution
- Partner with leadership on positioning and growth strategy
Requirements:
- Proven experience building and scaling B2B lead-generation systems
- Experience marketing to US-based B2B companies, ideally in IT services, staff augmentation, recruiting, or consulting
- Strong expertise in LLM-aware SEO and inbound growth strategies
- Experience with lead generation and funnel optimization
- Experience creating and leveraging case-study-driven, credibility-first marketing
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM / marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring performance and attribution
- Ability to own execution while contributing to strategic decisions
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in early-stage or high-growth environments
- Experience using AI tools to scale research, content creation, and experimentation
- Background in performance marketing or growth experimentation frameworks
