Farmers Insurance is where ambition meets opportunity, and they are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Program Manager to drive revenue growth and manage partnership relationships for personal and commercial insurance. This role focuses on business development, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for revenue growth and profitability from the development and management of all partnership relationships for both personal and commercial insurance
- Provides the highest level of support focusing on business development and generating new revenue
- Effectively demonstrates the ability to develop, enhance, and solidify client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining and expanding accounts, and facilitating relationships
- Negotiates contracts and closes agreements to maximize profits
- Develops trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Coordinates with internal stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Provides vendor oversight and is accountable for all customer and agent service metrics
- Clearly communicates the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develops new business with existing clients and/or identifies areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Forecasts and tracks key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Analyzes and monitors the financial performance of assigned programs and provides ongoing reports to clients and management
- Collaborates with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 7-10 years insurance experience required
- 5-7 years proven work experience required as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Sales Account Manager in the insurance industry, including experience with business development in personal and/or commercial insurance sectors
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Master's degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred
