LeafLink is the largest unified B2B cannabis platform, providing tools for licensed cannabis businesses to manage their operations effectively. The Content Marketing Manager will execute the content strategy, create high-impact content, and collaborate with various teams to position LeafLink as a leading authority in the cannabis industry.
Responsibilities:
- Execute against LeafLink’s content strategy across channels, including blog, email, web, campaigns, sales collateral, webinar, and video
- Create high-quality, engaging content including thought leadership pieces, industry insights, case studies, guides, and editorial content
- Write and develop campaign copy across channels, including email, landing pages, paid media, and other campaign assets
- Partner with the Product team to translate product features and updates into clear, compelling, benefit-driven content
- Support go-to-market initiatives with content that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline
- Collaborate with Sales to develop impactful sales enablement materials such as decks, one-pagers, competitive positioning, and customer stories
- Work with Growth and Brand teams to bring campaigns to life through strong messaging and creative execution
- Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all content touchpoints
- Monitor content performance and incorporate feedback to continuously improve output
- Stay on top of industry trends and customer needs to inform content development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-6+ years of product or content marketing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to shift gears quickly and effectively
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, internally and with outside vendors and partners w/ extreme attention to detail
- Experience creating content for B2B and/or SaaS companies strongly preferred
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics is a plus
