Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of target accounts and stay persistent until you break into priority prospects
- Conduct deep research, identify buying signals, and multi‑thread key stakeholders
- Partner closely with marketing to run account‑specific, ABM‑style campaigns
- Execute highly personalised outreach at scale, combining messaging, timing, and channel strategy to drive engagement
- Operate in a high‑velocity environment (80+ activities/day when needed)
- Leverage calls, email, LinkedIn, video, and creative outreach strategies
- Focus on pipeline creation, progression, and conversion
- Generate your own pipeline, no SDR support
- Lead discovery, demos, objection handling, and closing conversations
- Manage deals from first touch through signed agreement
- Work in a test‑and‑learn environment
- Continuously refine messaging, targeting, and outbound play
- Move fast, learn fast, and improve every week
