Yotpo is leading the next era of trust and loyalty in eCommerce, providing AI-powered Reviews and Loyalty solutions. They are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute demand generation strategies, manage campaigns, and collaborate across teams to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Drive demand generation strategy. Develop and execute a full-funnel B2B demand generation plan that increases brand awareness and drives customer acquisition, from top-of-funnel awareness programs to mid- and bottom-funnel conversion initiatives
- Own campaign execution end to end. Manage campaigns from ideation through launch and analysis. You'll be the person who makes sure things actually ship - on time, on brand, on target
- Use data to measure effectiveness, optimize ROI, and report on KPIs like Signups, MQLs, SALs, and ACV
- Lead product launch marketing. Drive marketing execution for product launches - landing pages, email sequences, paid ad briefs, case studies, and coordination across Product, CS, and Sales
- Create compelling content and collateral. Oversee the creation of marketing materials like website content, blog posts, and case studies that support demand generation
- Be the product expert. Develop deep knowledge of Yotpo's products, competition, buyer personas, and value propositions. Use that expertise to sharpen messaging and optimize the funnel
- Collaborate across teams and time zones. Work closely with Online Acquisition, Field Marketing, Brand, Product Marketing, Ops, Sales, and Partners. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to keep campaigns aligned with business priorities
Requirements:
- 4+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or eCommerce
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot - email creation, audience segmentation, campaign management. This is a daily tool, not a nice-to-have
- Understanding of B2B sales funnels, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM)
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration and project management in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce and broader marketing tech stacks
- Valid U.S. work authorization
