Glean is the Work AI platform that helps organizations work smarter with AI. The Senior Field Marketing Manager will lead marketing strategy for Canada and Latin America, focusing on driving awareness and engagement while collaborating closely with regional sales leadership to grow Glean's presence in priority markets.
Responsibilities:
- Own the regional strategy, planning, and execution of field marketing programs across priority countries
- Partner closely with regional sales leadership to identify priority markets, accounts, and opportunities where marketing programs can accelerate pipeline and expansion
- Bring core experiential programs to life across the region, including Glean Signature Events and Roadshows, adapting them to local markets while maintaining a consistent global brand experience
- Work closely with the campaigns and digital teams to ensure global marketing initiatives are effectively localized for regional audiences, languages, and market priorities
- Develop and execute a mix of programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline across both new logo and expansion opportunities
- Bring insights from the field back to marketing leadership to help shape global campaigns, messaging, and program strategy
- Collaborate closely with campaigns, digital, ABM, brand, product marketing, and customer marketing teams to ensure alignment and program success
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of field marketing programs in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and operational excellence
- Track program performance and optimize programs based on pipeline impact, engagement with target accounts, and sales feedback
Requirements:
- 6+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with significant experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or international marketing
- Experience supporting international or multi-country go-to-market efforts
- Proven ability to drive pipeline through field marketing programs including events, roadshows, and executive programs
- Strong ability to collaborate across marketing functions including campaigns, digital, and product marketing
- Comfort operating in fast-growing environments with evolving priorities
- Experience working closely with sales leadership to identify opportunities and align programs to revenue goals
- Exceptional project management skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to balance global program consistency with local market adaptation
- Travel required ~30–40%
- Experience supporting Canada or LATAM markets
- Experience with multilingual marketing programs
- Can speak French, Portuguese, or Spanish
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and event platforms such as Splash or Cvent
