Designer

Thinking Machines Lab's mission is to empower humanity through advancing collaborative general intelligence. They are seeking a designer to define how people experience their artificial intelligence, working on everything from customer interfaces to model behavior. The role involves designing product experiences, contributing to a design system, and participating in model training alongside researchers.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end product experiences from early concepts and high-fidelity prototypes through high-fidelity UI and implementation in code
• Contribute to our design system that helps a small team move fast without sacrificing craft
• Participate in model training and evaluation to guide model behavior with AI researchers
• Contribute to brand, storytelling, demos, and external-facing materials as needed
