Adobe is a well-established corporation seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive engagement and retention strategies for enterprise Creative Cloud customers. The role involves partnering cross-functionally to influence product roadmaps and drive measurable adoption outcomes, focusing on generative AI adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engagement and retention strategies to increase feature adoption, active usage, and retention for enterprise customers
- Create messaging, education, narratives, use cases, and best-practice guidance to accelerate generative AI adoption and drive value realization
- Partner with Campaign Marketing to design and execute targeted engagement programs informed by customer insights, segmentation, and behavioral data
- Collaborate with Analytics and Customer Success Ops to analyze usage trends, adoption patterns, and churn signals and translate insights into recommendations
- Align with Product Management to influence prioritization based on enterprise customer needs and adoption barriers
- Contribute to in-product, lifecycle, and field-led programs that reinforce post-sale value
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, growth, engagement, or retention supporting enterprise customers
- Strong foundation in go-to-market strategy, customer lifecycle marketing, and post-sale engagement
- Experience translating complex, AI-powered product capabilities into clear, customer-centric value narratives
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with Product, Analytics, Campaign Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to drive recommendations and influence strategy
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguity and drive workstreams forward as a contractor
