Talent Acquisition Lead

Vise is an artificial intelligence powered asset management platform designed for financial advisors. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Lead to support their recruiting efforts and ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates; act as the primary point of contact for candidates
• Schedule interviews at every stage and provide timely updates as they move through the process
• Maintain an organized recruiting process and serve as the admin for Greenhouse
• Take the lead on all open searches and work alongside hiring managers on new search set up and needs
• Partner with the People Team on headcount planning, onboarding, and compliance
