About this role
Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into impactful visualizations and strategic insights. The role involves leading efforts to implement data-driven solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance decision-making through effective data visualization.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement data visualization and BI applications to enable data-driven decisions for business leaders
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes, ensuring intuitive and effective user experiences
- Continuously explore new ways to transform complex data into compelling stories that drive decision-making
- Identify and address data and design challenges within internal and external data sources and visualization tools
- Learn and adopt cutting-edge technologies and tools to keep ahead of industry trends
- Participate and contribute to strategies, standards, and best practices for data analysis and visualization
- Work with teams across Technology, Marketing, Operations, and other service lines to transition concepts and prototypes into production-ready solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, or a similar role
- Experience in creating data visualizations that drive actionable insights
- Proficiency in Power BI, CRMA, Tableau, or similar tools such as Tableau, d3.js, or Mapbox
- Knowledge of SQL and APIs
- Project management skills and the ability to harmonize various data sources
- Strong understanding of visual design principles and their application in data-driven tools and visualizations
- Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into impactful visualizations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
- High degree of accountability and ownership in delivering quality outcomes
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically
