JRD Systems is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support requirements definition and stakeholder alignment for TSA exit and company spinoff initiatives. This role is critical for ensuring successful Day 2 operations and involves translating strategy into clear requirements, facilitating workshops, and supporting integration efforts across systems.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements for TSA exit and spinoff-related initiatives
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate strategy into clear, testable requirements and delivery artifacts
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders, clarify priorities, and resolve ambiguity
- Map current and future state processes, identifying operational impacts and supporting Day 2 readiness
- Support integration and transition efforts across systems, processes, and business units to ensure continuity
- Translate requirements into user stories, BRDs, process flows, and other delivery artifacts
- Support backlog management, prioritization, and scope control across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
- Identify and track risks, dependencies, and issues, providing clear inputs for escalation and resolution
- Assist with UAT planning and execution, including test case creation, defect triage, and validation
- Provide clear and concise status updates, documentation, and reporting aligned to PMO standards
- Support change management efforts, including stakeholder communications, training coordination, and adoption readiness
- Ensure alignment with governance standards, compliance requirements, and documentation best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance delivery outcomes
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong expertise in requirements lifecycle management (elicitation, documentation, traceability, change control)
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and drive alignment across stakeholders
- Strong process analysis skills, including current/future state mapping and operational readiness planning
- Experience supporting UAT and validation processes
- Strong risk, dependency, and issue management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, executive-ready documentation
- Experience working within PMO governance frameworks
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, and Microsoft Office
- Experience supporting spinoffs, transformations, TSA exits, or large enterprise programs
- Oracle ERP experience strongly preferred
- Smartsheet experience (workflows, dashboards, reporting) strongly preferred
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) preferred
- Bachelor's degree (MBA or BA certification a plus)
- Experience working in large, complex, or regulated organizations
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and best practices
- Hybrid PM/BA skillset supporting both delivery and requirements
