They are seeking a Business Sales & Delivery Leader who will support sales and delivery of services in Application Operations, develop strong client relationships, and drive solution design and revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
- Establish Strong Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development and sales of solutions. This involves articulating solutions effectively and understanding client needs to deliver world-class services
- Lead Billable Client Activities: Manage and support billable client activities, ensuring successful delivery of services and achieving financial success in engagements directly managed
- Participate in Sector Events: Engage in sector, solution, or community events to stay updated on industry trends and network with potential clients and partners
- Drive Solution Design and Development: Draw upon expertise in one or more Practices within the Application Operations Service Line to design, develop, and integrate services, accelerators, and outcomes that help clients grow, innovate, differentiate, and transform their businesses
- Generate Services Revenue: Focus on delivering financial success in engagements directly managed and generating services revenue through effective solution sales and delivery
Requirements:
- Deep Expertise in Application Operations: Possess a deep understanding of large, complex services engagements in the Application Operations domain, with the ability to articulate solutions effectively and deliver world-class services
- Proven Experience in Sales and Delivery: Have a proven track record of supporting both sales and delivery of services to clients, with a focus on identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the development and sales of solutions
- Experience with Solution Design and Integration: Draw upon expertise in one or more Practices within the Application Operations Service Line to design, develop, and integrate services, accelerators, and outcomes that help clients grow, innovate, differentiate, and transform their businesses
- Strategic Mindset in Services Revenue Generation: Possess a strategic mindset with a focus on delivering financial success in engagements directly managed and generating services revenue through effective solution sales and delivery
- Experience in Leading Billable Client Activities: Have experience in managing and supporting billable client activities, ensuring successful delivery of services and achieving financial success in engagements directly managed
- Prior experience managing complex SLE managed contracts and NYC agency; Managing delivery end to end
- Master's Degree
- Deep Understanding of Multiple Practices: Experience with multiple Practices within the Application Operations Service Line, enabling design, development, and integration of comprehensive services, accelerators, and outcomes for clients
- Expertise in Complex Services Engagements: Deep understanding of large, complex services engagements in the Application Operations domain, with the ability to articulate solutions effectively and deliver world-class services
- Strategic Approach to Solution Sales: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic approaches to solution sales and delivery, driving financial success in engagements and generating services revenue
