LHH is seeking a Banking Operations Contract Analyst to support a high-impact consulting project. The role involves analyzing business needs, improving processes, and delivering effective solutions, particularly in professional services environments and Certinia implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and identify process improvements
- Design target-state business processes aligned with best practices
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements and workflows
- Support end-to-end Certinia implementation initiatives
- Conduct research and data analysis to support solution development
- Create and maintain documentation (requirements, process maps, user stories)
- Assist in designing, configuring, and deploying business solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Prepare and present reports, insights, and recommendations
Requirements:
- Certinia certification (required)
- Experience with professional services processes
- Strong skills in business analysis and process design
- Ability to gather and document business requirements
- Understanding of business architecture and solution frameworks
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with large organizations ($700M+ revenue) is a plus
