Edrix is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support both day-to-day production and a major Workday implementation initiative. The role involves a significant focus on rebuilding integrations and redesigning onboarding solutions using ServiceNow.
Responsibilities:
- 20% day-to-day ServiceNow production support
- 80% project-based work supporting a major enterprise initiative: Workday implementation (core HCM)
- Key focus on rebuilding integrations and redesigning onboarding solutions using ServiceNow
- Split will be ~20% ServiceNow support / 80% Workday HCM implementation support
Requirements:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer (very important)
- 3+ years of ServiceNow administration or development
- Experience developing custom scripts in ServiceNow
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in JavaScript
- Strong experience building REST API transactions within ServiceNow
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Experience in HRSD / HR Service Delivery environments
- Exposure to Workday or other HCM systems
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills
- Designing or maintaining integrations using SOAP and REST
- Familiarity with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and pre-built spokes
- Experience working with HRSD lifecycle events (this is a big standout)
