Sr. IT Project Manager Law & Privacy

LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team as an external resource for a full-time contract position. The ideal candidate will lead and manage projects related to Law and Privacy solutions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with legal and privacy requirements
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and oversee their execution
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless project implementation
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with legal and privacy standards
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Law, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 10+ years of project management experience, preferably with a focus on Law and Privacy solutions
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from initiation to completion
• Strong understanding of legal and privacy regulations, standards, and best practices
• Hands-on experience with SCRUM and Agile project management methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery
• Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps for tracking work, managing releases, and reporting
• Proven experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements definition and design through development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications, or equivalent) is a plus
