SHI International Corp. is a global provider of IT solutions and services. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering well-defined projects and discrete workstreams within established scope, timelines, and delivery frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage well-defined projects or workstreams with clear success criteria
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and documentation
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure action follow-through
- Track tasks, risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate appropriately
- Ensure delivery aligns to approved scope, timeline, and quality standards
- Provide regular, audience-appropriate status updates
- Serve as day-to-day point of contact for assigned initiatives
- Build productive relationships with internal teams, partners, and customers
- Monitor budgets, hours, and resourcing against plan
- Track and report variances, risks, and issues
- Support change control documentation and approvals
Requirements:
- Ability to travel 10%
- A minimum of 2–4 years of Project Management experience
- Experience leading well-scoped projects or work-streams
- Growing accountability for schedule, scope, and risk
- The ability to effectively utilize applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to enhance productivity and perform various tasks efficiently - Intermediate
- Ability to oversee and direct projects to completion, ensuring goals are met, resources are utilized efficiently, and stakeholders are satisfied - Intermediate
- Expertise in various project management frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum, to effectively plan, execute, and close projects - Intermediate
- Proficiency in facilitating Agile Scrum practices, guiding teams through the Scrum framework to ensure efficient and successful project delivery - Intermediate
- Competence in utilizing tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or DevOps to plan, track, and manage project progress and resources - Intermediate
- Familiarity with the operational mechanisms, hierarchical setup, and the overall framework of SHI, enabling effective navigation and utilization of internal processes - Intermediate

- PMI certification preferred (CAPM or PMP); required to obtain within 12 months
