Job Overview:
- Execute durability, electrical, and functional validation testing at component, module, and system levels.
- Perform test plans across all phases using test scripts, fixtures, and manual testing in collaboration with hardware, software, and firmware teams.
- Independently troubleshoot production test failures by analyzing errors and identifying root causes.
- Provide first-level technical support to production operators.
- Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of production test stations and fixtures, including wiring, cable fabrication, and validation.
- Assist in prototyping and validating electromechanical products and test fixtures.
- Monitor manufacturing line capacity, first pass yield, and final pass yield metrics.
- Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions to meet production targets.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits.
- Document non-conformities and deviations and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Create and update troubleshooting guides and knowledge base documentation.
- Manage Bill of Materials and process engineering change orders using PLM systems.
- Support task tracking and coordination using task management tools.

Should Have:- Familiarity with serial communication protocols such as UART, RS232, and I2C.
- Basic knowledge of Python scripting for reading and interpreting outputs.
- Basic design knowledge in mechanical or electrical tools such as CAD or circuit design software.
- Experience with SQL or database querying for production data analysis.
- Experience with PLM systems and task management tools.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for documentation, debugging, and data analysis while ensuring accuracy and quality.
