Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
- Support creation of functional and process documentation
- Collaborate with business, IT, and analytics teams
- Support reporting and system enhancement initiatives
- Assist with UAT and requirement clarifications
- Maintain documentation aligned with compliance needs
- Support ad-hoc analysis and business reviews
Required Qualifications
- 1 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Exposure to pharmaceutical or life sciences domain
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile concepts
- Experience using JIRA or documentation tools
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Basic understanding of data and reporting concepts
- Ability to work in regulated environments
