SAP Project Manager

Prosum is seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead a complex, multi-phase ERP implementation. This role involves managing large cross-functional project teams and overseeing project governance, risk management, and change control while ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation across planning, execution, cutover, and stabilization
• Manage large cross‑functional project teams, technical groups, business stakeholders, and external vendors
• Oversee project governance, risk management, change control, and issue resolution
• Drive project timelines, budgets, and scope in a complex environment
• Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Support organizational change management, training strategy, and user adoption
• Maintain project momentum in a fast‑moving environment and make informed decisions quickly

Requirements:

• 10+ years as an SAP ERP Project Manager
• 3+ years specifically managing SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Extensive experience with SAP modules, integration points, and data migration
• Strong stakeholder management and executive‑level communication skills
• Proven track record leading large, multi‑disciplinary project teams
• Ability to travel 25–40% as needed
• PMP, Agile, or SAP certifications
• Experience in manufacturing environments
