Humboldt Merchant Services, a subsidiary of North, provides payment acceptance solutions for specialty markets. The Business Development Sales Executive will be responsible for cultivating new merchant account relationships and managing ongoing client accounts to build long-standing relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Formulating and executing on successful business plans to meet and exceed the objectives set by the Executive Team
- Prospecting new merchant business and acquiring direct processing relationships
- Coordinating opportunities with members of the Executive Team for joint calling to facilitate prospecting and closing of new business
- Coordinating client site visits with the Executive Team to support business retention
- Attend tradeshows and other events that may provide targeted marketing opportunities
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience selling payment processing in a self-prospecting role
- Experience selling to high risk verticals
