Project Manager (contract)

GP Strategies Corporation is looking to expand their project and program manager contractor pool for projects in 2026. The role involves managing learning projects and programs, coordinating with design, content and vendor teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on scope, plan, and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the entire life cycle of a project and ensure it is delivered to scope, plan and on budget
• Work with design, content and vendor teams as well as key customer stakeholders to deliver learning projects including digital (elearning and virtual instructor-led training), face-to-face, and blended experiences
• Build and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
• Create detailed project plans, forecast project costs and create and maintain progress trackers and reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a contract project or program manager managing learning projects and programs
• Ability to coordinate and manage the entire life cycle of a project
• Ensure projects are delivered to scope, plan and on budget
• Experience working with design, content and vendor teams
• Ability to build and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
• Creating detailed project plans
• Forecasting project costs
• Creating and maintaining progress trackers and reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to think critically and make well-informed decisions quickly
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivering value to clients
• Fully proficient in Microsoft Office or G-Suite
• Solid grasp of working with AI tools
• Experience with industry standard elearning authoring tools such as the Articulate suite
