OnGres is a deep-tech company specializing in PostgreSQL and cloud-native data infrastructure. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to open the US market, generate pipeline opportunities, and directly impact company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build outbound pipeline targeting the US market: cold email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling
- Research and qualify target companies running Kubernetes with significant PostgreSQL workloads
- Identify and reach key decision-makers: DevOps Leads, Platform Engineers, CTOs, Database Architects
- Design and run multi-channel outreach sequences in English to maximise conversion (main focus on cold calls)
- Book high-quality discovery meetings for the Account Executive
- Keep the CRM updated and report activity and conversion metrics on a weekly basis
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B environments, with demonstrable focus on the US market
- Native or C2 English with good American accent: non-negotiable
- Hunter mindset: you thrive on cold outbound, love opening new markets, and get energised by building from zero
- Solid tool stack: comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, Clay or similar
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Clear, results-driven communication: you know how to tailor your message to a technical US buyer profile
- Tech curiosity: you don't need to be an engineer, but you should understand why Kubernetes and PostgreSQL matter to the companies you'll be targeting
- ET-friendly timezone: you must be available to cover the East Coast commercial window (9am–6pm EST)
- Based in LATAM (Mexico, Colombia or Argentina preferred)
- Experience selling to technical buyers (DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure) or in infrastructure software, cloud, or database companies
