LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineering Consultant to enhance business process excellence and operational transformation. The role involves utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to implement process improvements and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Must have hands-on experience using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and implement process improvements
- Must be able to clearly demonstrate process improvement initiatives implemented in previous roles
- Experience conducting process assessments to identify inefficiencies, costs, bottlenecks, and cycle time reduction opportunities
- Strong background in developing and implementing process strategies to improve operational efficiency and business performance
- Experience analyzing business process activities and workflows for optimization and transformation
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query, and VBA for process analysis, reporting, and business optimization
- Experience leading process improvement and transformation projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM methodologies
- Ability to manage projects through the full lifecycle, including assessment, planning, execution, validation, and implementation
- Strong experience collaborating with both business and technology stakeholders to gather feedback, define requirements, and execute solutions
- Experience improving client/customer journeys, including areas such as complaint handling and service experience
- Familiarity with human-centered design principles to support process and customer experience transformation
- Ability to create detailed current state and future state process maps and supporting documentation
- Experience validating solution designs, test results, and process changes with business partners
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly present findings, recommendations, and improvement strategies to stakeholders
- Experience working in banking or financial services environments is highly preferred
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience in Business Process Excellence, Process Engineering, or Operational Transformation
- Must have hands-on experience using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and implement process improvements
- Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt / Yellow Belt / Black Belt) is mandatory
- Must be able to clearly demonstrate process improvement initiatives implemented in previous roles
