Archer Project Manager

Archer Integrated Risk Management is a leading provider of integrated risk management and governance solutions. They are seeking a Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects on time and within budget while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including software implementations, system integrations, and infrastructure initiatives
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and success criteria
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders and vendors
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Oversee change management processes and ensure proper documentation
• Facilitate meetings such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Ensure successful project delivery and transition to operations/support teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certification
• Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and data migration projects
