They are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead implementation projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure quality delivery of SuccessFactors solutions that meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Project Plans: Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure successful implementation of SuccessFactors solutions. This includes managing project schedules, milestones, and deadlines
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including SuccessFactors consultants, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify project scope, and define project deliverables that meet business objectives and customer needs
- Ensure Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance and testing of SuccessFactors solutions to meet the required quality standards
- Manage Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure successful implementation of SuccessFactors solutions
Requirements:
- Deep Expertise in SuccessFactors Implementation: Proven experience in managing large-scale HR technology implementation projects, with a strong understanding of SuccessFactors products and project management methodologies
- Experience with Cross-Functional Team Management: Experience in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, including consultants, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Strong Understanding of Project Management Methodologies: Experience with project planning, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure successful implementation of SuccessFactors solutions
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Testing: Experience in ensuring quality assurance and testing of SuccessFactors solutions to meet the required quality standards
- Experience in Vendor Relationship Management: Experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts to ensure successful implementation of SuccessFactors solutions
- Advanced Project Planning Tools: Experience with project planning tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, to develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budget management
- HR Technology Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR technology platforms, including SuccessFactors, to ensure successful implementation of SuccessFactors solutions that meet business objectives
- IT Service Management: Experience with IT service management principles and practices to ensure quality assurance and testing of SuccessFactors solutions
