Lyra Health is the leading provider of mental health solutions for employers supporting more than 20 million people globally. The Sr. Manager, Marketing Strategy will be responsible for developing clear messaging and positioning for Lyra's value to healthcare stakeholders, while leading the marketing strategy team and ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the marketing strategy team, fostering a culture of high performance, experimentation, and empathy, and managing creative resourcing
- Lead the development of clear, differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks tailored specifically to the Health Plan and Health System business
- Partner with General Manager, Product and Clinical teams to translate technical roadmaps and complex clinical outcomes into compelling value propositions and sales enablement tools
- Contextualize positioning in the competitive landscape and industry shifts to keep Lyra’s strategy proactive and ahead of the curve
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a consistent brand voice across all audiences and touchpoints, including campaigns, social media, web presence, and earned media
- Collaborate closely with the Corporate Communications and other marketing functions teams to ensure all narratives, executive thought leadership, and media opportunities are seamlessly integrated with Lyra’s overarching corporate brand and reputation management strategies
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or product marketing, with a heavy emphasis on healthcare or enterprise B2B
- Exceptional ability to take complex, clinical, or technical concepts and turn them into simple, persuasive narratives
- Proven ability to build persuasive pitch decks and sales narratives that have directly contributed to closing large enterprise or health plan deals
- Proven track record of building and scaling integrated marketing teams from the ground up
- Experience working with clinical, product, and sales leads to align messaging with the reality of the product and the needs of the market
- High bar for quality in written and visual content, with experience overseeing diverse creative and editorial workflows
- Deep understanding of the Health Plan landscape and the specific challenges faced by large Health Systems
- Experience managing creative services teams
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- A passion for mental health and transforming the healthcare landscape
