Hydrafacial is a global category-creating company focused on innovative beauty health experiences. The VP, Digital Growth Global Strategic Marketing will optimize e-commerce channels, drive new device sales, and manage digital strategies to enhance customer engagement and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own, lead and manage E-Commerce Strategy, including Channel Sales & P&L
- Build brand awareness to increase leads and conversion rates while maintaining brand integrity
- Manage sales forecasts and investment plans, providing weekly updates on trends
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs to help prioritize opportunities
- Develop and lead paid media strategy to drive traffic, customer acquisition and sales
- Oversee CRM /Email / SMS/ Website(s)/ Media strategy and execution
- Lead and manage tech stack and partners/ agencies to support and optimize strong digital ecosystem
- Lead Brand Experience on E-commerce site, Email, SMS, App and media ensuring creative and content reflect brand positioning and best-in-class content strategies
- Work closely with North America Regional and International Regional, Global Strategic Upstream marketing and Data Intelligence marketing teams plus cross functional team outside of marketing including but not limited to IT, Finance and Sales to own and drive digital projects and KPIs forward
- Work with VP of North America marketing to support B2B and B2C Loyalty programs, including My Beauty Health app, to drive retention and LTV; set strategy, track and analyze performance ongoing
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required in marketing, business administration, or related field
- 15+ years of e-commerce and digital market experience, with demonstrated ability to grow revenue and manage P&L
- 8+ years growth/performance marketing management, including agency management, media strategy and budget management
- 5+ years CRM / Email / SMS / Website SEO experience
- 3+ years preferred of loyalty program management experience with demonstrated ability to increase LTV
- Proven experience in managing global e-commerce operations, tech stack management and digital strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand consistency
- Analytical background and ability to analyze complex trends and data to make informed decisions and generate insights to drive growth
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, as well as good planning, time management, and organizational proficiencies
- Ability to work in and thrive in fast paced environment with multiple competing priorities
- Proven management and leadership experience developing digital team members and improving digital performance
- Beauty industry / skin care and/or aesthetics or medical device experience
- Experience in supporting and facilitating cross-functional projects across sales and marketing
- Master's Degree preferred
