FlexOffers is a passionate and collaborative marketing agency focused on driving growth through performance-based strategies in the affiliate marketing ecosystem. They are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to identify and close new advertiser partnerships, manage the sales cycle, and leverage existing networks to grow their advertiser base.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, pitch, and close new advertiser partnership opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and onboarding
- Leverage your existing rolodex of advertisers and brand contacts to generate immediate opportunities
- Collaborate with account management to ensure seamless activation
- Develop customized partner marketing solutions tailored to each client’s goals
- Stay ahead of industry trends in affiliate marketing, partner programs, and performance-based channels
Requirements:
- Must have previous agency and affiliate marketing experience (min 5 years+)
- Must have existing network of advertiser and brand relationships that can be activated for new business
- Proven success in sales or business development roles driving advertiser acquisition and partnerships
- Open to Travel to tradeshows, events (USA) 50%
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Experience structuring and negotiating performance or affiliate-based deals
- Strong understanding of partner marketing metrics, campaign optimization, reporting/analytics and ROI-based selling
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Remote working experience (mandatory)
- Highly motivated, proactive professional with an established book of business
- Senior-level candidate who can take full ownership of the role and execute with minimal oversight
- Hands-on experience managing and growing relationships with advertiser brands
