They are seeking a Pre-Sales Systems Engineering Manager for their Networking Group to support Enterprise Clients by leading a team of Sales Engineers and driving technical strategy across customer engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Engineers, driving technical strategy and execution across customer engagements while partnering closely with sales, product, and leadership teams
- Oversee pre-sales activities, ensure delivery of high-quality solution designs, and support the team in achieving revenue goals and exceptional customer outcomes
Requirements:
- University or Bachelor's degree; advanced or Master's degree preferred
- Proven success in Sales Engineering or technical pre-sales, with 8-10 years of experience guiding technical strategy, supporting complex customer engagements, and collaborating effectively across teams
- Demonstrated ability to mentor others, drive customer outcomes, and contribute to a high-performing team environment
- Business Management: Strategic Planning/ Execution, Forecast/Budget Control, Operations Building/ Improvement, Resource Brokering/ Allocation, Management of complex processes
- Business Development: Strategic Account Support, Negotiation skills within the company and with C-level clients
- Consultative Selling: Presentation and communication skills, Ability to develop strong executive level relationships, Consultative, solution selling and business development skills, Business case development skills
