Job description:
- Lead discovery and design sessions with clients to deeply understand business processes and field service requirements.
- Individual must be Field service consultant certified, advanced field service accreditation is nice to have
- Individual should have excellent knowledge in Sales/Service Cloud & specifically FSL experience
- Individual must show case real 3-4 implementation experience on FSL.
- Drive discussions & workshop with Client Senior Execs and Client Chief Architects
- Define the optimal scheduling strategy by configuring and deploying complex scheduling policies, work rules, and service objectives within ESO.
- Design and architect integrations with external systems (e.g., third-party mapping services) to support field service operations.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to the development team, ensuring all configurations and customizations (Apex, LWC, Flows) adhere to architectural standards and FSL best practices.
- Ensure that the implemented solution is scalable, maintainable, and performs optimally, even with large data volumes.
- Work hands-on with FSL configuration, including the data model (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources), territories, and capacity-based resource planning.
- 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 5-8 years as a Solution or Technical Architect.
- Extensive, hands-on experience specifically with Salesforce Field Service (FSL) and its managed package.
- Deep expertise and practical experience working with the Enhanced Scheduling and Optimization (ESO) engine, including configuration of scheduling policies, service objectives, and resource priority settings.
