ServiceNow GRC Architect

Lead the architecture and deployment of ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, including risk, policy, audit, issue management, vendor risk, and business continuity management

Define solution architecture, develop roadmaps, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance frameworks

Work with legal, risk, IT, audit teams, and stakeholders to translate regulatory and business requirements into scalable workflows and automated processes

Familiarity with NIST, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, NERC, or other relevant frameworks

Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, scoped applications, workflows, forms, scripts (JavaScript, Jelly), APIs, web services, and integrations with other systems
