The Judge Group is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to help drive new user growth across multiple paid channels globally. The role involves managing and optimizing campaigns across core product lines and contributing to the strategy for executing multi-million-dollar campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with channel leads to manage a multi‑million‑dollar budget across paid channels to acquire new users across a diverse set of products and audiences in global markets
- Support strategy development, execution, and optimization for SEM, Paid Social, Affiliate, and other performance marketing channels as needed
- Collaborate on quarterly testing roadmaps and tactical plans to ensure KPIs are met across channels
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on creative strategy, product messaging, landing page testing, audience development, and overall channel performance
- Oversee weekly and monthly reporting of key performance metrics, goals, and insights across multiple paid media programs
- Apply a structured testing approach to validate hypotheses and recommend optimizations, including improvements to campaign structure, targeting, segmentation, creative testing, partner performance, landing page effectiveness, and bid/budget strategy
- Research and apply industry best practices, platform updates, and competitive insights to inform performance marketing strategy
- Build high‑performing acquisition programs through strong partnerships with Analytics, Data Science, Product, Creative, and other cross‑functional teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years of performance marketing experience managing paid media campaigns with a multi‑million‑dollar budget across channels such as Paid Search, Shopping/Performance Max, Paid Social, or Affiliate
- Proven ability to build data‑driven strategies and identify opportunities to scale growth while meeting or exceeding KPI targets
- Hands‑on experience managing campaigns across major advertising platforms, including planning, execution, optimization, and testing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage leadership and cross‑functional teams
- A passion for marketing and continuous learning, with an interest in staying current with industry trends and platform changes
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, affiliate networks, and campaign‑management technologies is a plus
- Relevant platform certifications are a plus
