The Investments & Wealth Institute is a renowned professional membership organization and credentialing body for wealth management certifications. They are seeking a Sales Operations & Business Development Specialist to support revenue-generating activities and maintain the integrity of client relationships through efficient sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and account status within HubSpot, Salesforce, and Fonteva
- Generate, edit, and manage proposals, agreements, and invoices, following up to secure executed documentation
- Assist with sales reporting, renewal tracking, and client engagement metrics to ensure timely data entry and funnel progression
- Identify opportunities to improve documentation, reporting, and workflow efficiency
- Create and manage outreach sequences within HubSpot to support prospecting activities
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience supporting sales or biz dev functions with a heavy emphasis on CRM systems
- Highly organized and comfortable managing the 'nitty-gritty' of legal agreements and financial tracking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe PDF tools, and Salesforce
