Compunnel Inc. is seeking a data-driven and strategic leader to enhance the customer experience through analytics and operational excellence. The Product Strategy & Analytics Manager will own end-to-end initiatives, working cross-functionally to define customer experience strategies and analyze data to drive measurable business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive customer experience strategy using data-driven insights
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce friction, and enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Lead high-impact initiatives from ideation to execution, delivering measurable results
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel/Google Sheets to uncover trends and actionable insights
- Translate business questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations
- Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate product and operational improvements
- Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify performance gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor ongoing performance
- Own and enhance complex Google Sheets-based models ensuring accuracy and scalability
- Develop and maintain ETL workflows and automated reporting solutions
- Leverage Python (preferred) to streamline manual processes and improve efficiency
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to implement solutions
- Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Influence decision-making through data storytelling and structured thinking
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Analytics, Product, or Management Consulting
- Prior experience working at a tech company
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (required)
- Strong experience with Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with Python for data analysis or automation
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines
- Experience in customer experience, marketplace, or support strategy
- Background in high-growth tech companies such as Uber, or Amazon
- Exposure to AI/ML models or advanced analytics techniques
