Professional Insurance Advisors, LLC is a company with a 40-year legacy in providing insurance solutions for commercial and personal needs. They are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to manage client service needs, handle renewals, and collaborate with team members while ensuring accurate documentation and account management.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily service needs, including answering the commercial department phone line, endorsements, inspections, audits, payments and certificates of insurance that require endorsements
- Manage small commercial renewals, including underwriting updates, applications, marketing, risk analysis, proposals and binding
- Assist with the management of the large commercial business renewal process by collaborating with the Producer on updating applications, marketing, analysis of coverage, creating proposals and the binding process
- Prepare and process premium finance contracts
- Follow up on commercial claims, update assigned Producers on large account issues and resolve small commercial claims issues per contract
- Maintain accurate documentation and account records in the agency management system (Hawksoft)
- Collaborate with internal team members and work with virtual assistants to ensure smooth account handling
Requirements:
- License: Property & Casualty (ANY state)
- Minimum of 4 years of Customer Service Representative experience in Commercial Lines with an independent insurance agency
- Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, or Some College/ No Degree
- License: Property & Casualty (FL)
- Management System: Hawksoft
- Computer Skills: DocuSign, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Word, Zoom
