Requirements:
- 8+ years of solution sales experience, within the manufacturing industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or relevant discipline
- Proven track record in business development, preferably in the power generation or industrial/manufacturing sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
- Experience preparing and delivering professional sales presentations and proposals
- Knowledge of the power generation industry and its market dynamics
