Responsibilities:
- Drive new business through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Target and secure clients across one or more hospitality segments
- Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation to close
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Partner with our recruiting team to deliver exceptional results
Requirements:
- 3+ years of outbound sales/business development experience in the hospitality industry or selling to the hospitality industry
- Proven ability to generate and close new business
- Hunter mentality with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Comfortable making a high volume of daily outreach
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Highly organized with consistent follow-up discipline
