Vehlo is a provider of repair shop technology, focused on delivering software and financial solutions to the auto repair industry. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for onboarding new users, providing training, and managing customer relationships to ensure successful adoption of the Protractor application.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and welcome new Protractor users to the application
- Set up new Protractor instances, including databases
- Configure the Protractor application to accurately match the shop’s business process
- Deliver customer training on product and features
- Identify key subject matter experts within the auto shop
- Deploy 1:1, customized training of the Protractor application
- Engage with the customer base post-training for product feedback
- Manage your assigned customers
Requirements:
- 2+ years of previous customer success experience, inclusive of training customers
- Ability to independently manage accounts, drive adoption, and solve customer challenges proactively
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor
- Automotive repair experience
