Description Program Manager III, Contracts Professional Location: Philadelphia, PA, Hybrid/Onsite 4x Weekly
Duration: Contract, 6 months (Potential for Extension)
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced
Program Manager III to support the coordination, oversight, and execution of key organizational programs. This role is responsible for managing scheduling, pricing, technical performance, and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure successful delivery of high-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, proven leadership capability, and the ability to drive complex programs to completion on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and monitor program schedules, pricing structures, milestones, and overall technical performance.
- Support negotiation of contracts and contractual amendments.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, program plans, specifications, and financial documentation.
- Participate in efforts to expand business opportunities and enhance product offerings.
- Ensure adherence to master program plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Troubleshoot program challenges by developing and implementing effective solutions.
- Provide direction and guidance to project team members from multiple departments.
- Oversee progress to ensure projects remain on track and within defined budgets.
- Serve as an advisor to program teams on tasks, operations, and strategic decisions.
- Perform a wide range of complex program management duties requiring creativity, sound judgment, and leadership.
- Report to the assigned unit or department head.
Requirements Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in program management or a closely aligned discipline.
- Strong understanding of standard program and project management concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and concurrent initiatives.
- Proven experience using judgment, creativity, and problem-solving skills to accomplish program goals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
