Lead and manage multi-year transformation projects designed to ensure the site can meet or exceed the 5 years strategic business plan
Partner with cross-functional teams and value streams to define transformational goals, develop prioritized execution plans, and ensure delivery to the expected impact
Conduct detailed analysis of business operations across Production, Supply Chain, and Development
Identify gaps and propose innovative solutions, and link to financial outcome
Develop and execute end-to-end change strategies to equip teams to lead change effectively and to ensure adoption, engagement, and sustainability of transformation efforts
Identify and proactively address risks, resistance, and barriers to adoption, developing targeted mitigation strategies
Ensure alignment between business priorities, cultural shifts, and transformation goals
Stay ahead of emerging trends in transformation, digital adoption, and change management, incorporating best practices into the day to day
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
Ten years’ experience in transformation consulting, large-scale business change initiatives, or operational excellence management
Experience working on high-impact, enterprise-wide transformations
Background in Pharma/CDMO Industry preferred or B2B Industry
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
