Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, familiarity with ITSM applications at a minimum
Familiarity with common IT tools and use cases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and executive presence. Ability to lead a cross functional discussion and persuade others without direct authority
Ability to translate complex technical details into simple executive/business language
Knowledge of integrations between systems, APIs, ETL processes, etc.
Familiarity with basic data governance and security concepts - data retention, sensitivity, least privilege
Familiarity with systems architecture and system diagrams
Familiarity with core operations/ITIL concepts - Change Management, Incident Management, and production vs. non-production best practices
