Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
- Design and implement scalable solutions based on business requirements
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Create and maintain custom objects, workflows, process builder, and flows
- Perform data migrations and data management using tools like Data Loader
- Write efficient, reusable, and testable code with proper unit test coverage
- Troubleshoot bugs and optimize system performance
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Admins, and stakeholders
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform
- Hands-on experience with:
- Apex Programming
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL & SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce integrations
- Familiarity with Salesforce security model
- Experience in Git or version control systems
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
- Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Copado, etc.)
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
