We are seeking a high-performing Business Analyst - Project Lead to drive the implementation and optimization of the Cerner Millennium Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This is a critical role supporting public health infrastructure through technical expertise and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- System Optimization: Lead Cerner PowerChart builds, including PowerNote, PowerForm, PowerPlan, and Dynamic Docs.
- Technical Leadership: Act as the SME for troubleshooting complex hardware/software issues and managing system upgrades.
- Workflow Collaboration: Partner with clinical analysts to design future-state workflows and maintain project documentation.
- Interface Management: Troubleshoot FSI, ESI, and ESO issues, ensuring seamless bi-directional interface linkage.
- Data & Reporting: Develop custom reports using Cerner CCL and manage knowledge artifacts for operational transitions.
Required Core Skills
- Healthcare IT: 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Application Support.
- Systems Analysis: 5+ years of professional IT Systems Analyst experience.
- Interoperability: Proficiency in HL7 Language and FSI (Foreign Systems Integration).
- EHR Expertise: Strong experience with Cerner Olympus and compiling complex technical reports.
Preferred Technical Experience
- Query Languages: Cerner CCL, JavaScript.
- Cerner Suite: Bedrock, Remedy, HNA User, RLN (Reference Lab Network), WQM, and RRD.
- Documentation: Advanced proficiency in MS SharePoint and Visio.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Public Health, or 5+ years of equivalent related experience.
