PrideStaff is a reputable staffing and recruitment firm dedicated to connecting talented professionals with leading organizations. They are seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to expand their client base, primarily within the automotive sector, by engaging with potential and existing clients and promoting their staffing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Call, visit, and be present for clients in the assigned area to guarantee the quality of the service offered and the maintenance of clients
- Travel to assigned territories to meet with potential and current customers, negotiating sales contracts, and informing clients about new products, updates, and features
- Resolve customer requests promptly to respond to their needs and ensure satisfaction
- Transmit detailed information on each client to the company's management team to facilitate service improvements and corrective actions
- Propose new service opportunities to existing clients to increase billing and expand service offerings
- Attract new customers, focusing on Tier 1-2 OEM companies within the automotive sector
- Prepare detailed reports on client interactions and sales activities for management review
- Identify and establish contact with potential new customers to expand the company's market presence
- Schedule and perform product demonstrations to showcase offerings and persuade prospective clients
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to generate leads and strengthen industry presence
- Monitor industry trends to identify new sales opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly
- Recommend targeted marketing strategies to reach specific regions or demographic groups
- Analyze sales data and client feedback to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
Requirements:
- A four-year college degree in business management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
- Candidates with non-degree credentials such as the Certified Professional Salesperson certification from the National Association of Sales Professionals or at least five years of relevant sales experience will also be considered
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential
- A thorough understanding of industry trends and consumer psychology
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, trade shows, and product demonstrations
- An understanding of fixed and variable costs will be advantageous
- Experience specific to the automotive industry or manpower services is a plus but not mandatory
